dc.description.abstractIn French-speaking Africa, the creation of revenue offices, which bring together the fiscal functions of the tax and customs administrations, was based on an Anglo-Saxon model. It seems to be working well in terms of increasing revenues, managing human resources, and more generally on the tax system as a whole if certain conditions are met.
