dc.description.abstractThis paper presents an analysis of the French foreign trade in the dairy sector between 2000 and 2015. It uses the BACI and Comext databases. The French trade balance for dairy products increased mainly as a result of an increase in exports to non-European markets (China, Africa and USA). The cheeses and milk powder play a central role in these dynamics.
